CloudTalk Voice Platform Upgrade, scheduled 2 years ago

On Tuesday the 22nd of March we will be upgrading our CloudTalk SBC endpoint's with one of our upstream providers. This outage window is between the hours of 11:30pm until 1:00am Wednesday morning. During this time external calls in and out of the platform may be effected for about 20 minutes as the provider migrates services to the new SBC.
