Past Incidents

Tonight between the hours of 10pm and 3am we will be upgrading firmware and services inside our CloudTalk VOIP PBX cluster. During this time there will be two 30 second drops within the outage window where calls won't be allowed while services move between primary and backup systems, no calls will be dropped during this time.

All services have resumed and working as normal, we will monitor the server closely for the remainder of the day.
