Today at about 12pm users may have noticed some of their servers or desktops reboot due to a Microsoft Visual basic run-time update, this was an unforeseen issue due to our Online Backup platform upgrade which also updated the clients. Tonight at 9pm we will resume our Online Backup servers which will also resume the upgrade process of the backup clients which may require some servers and desktops be restarted.
