Performance issues with Exchange 2016 has been resolved. Issue is due to a load balancer memory utilization issue, we have put a work around in place while we work with the vendor to find a more permanent solution.

Issue with Exchange 2016, some drops may be happening for VPS clients or clients with direct connections
